A note on the law
Taiwan does not have a dedicated cookie statute. This banner and policy are the journal’s own practice, not a legal mandate. We describe them honestly here so you can decide with the same facts we have. Where the 個人資料保護法 (PDPA) applies to the personal data behind a stored choice, that is covered in the privacy policy.
What cookies and storage are
A cookie is a small file a website places in your browser. Browser storage (such as
localStorage) is a similar idea — a small piece of data kept on your device so a site can
remember something between visits. Both can be useful; both can be overused. We use as little
as possible.

That is the entire inventory. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind on this site. No analytics or third-party tracking runs here — this is true by design, not by setting.
How to manage or disable storage
You can remove the consent choice at any time:
- In your browser’s site-data settings, clear stored data for
meadow-runtime.digital. - Use the button below to reopen the storage notice and choose again.
What happens if you disable storage
If your browser blocks localStorage, the consent notice simply cannot be remembered. The
site still works — every page still loads and the inquiry form still sends — but the notice
will appear again on your next visit because there is nowhere to remember your choice. No
functionality is withheld.
Third-party usage
None. This site loads its fonts, styles and scripts from its own assets. It makes no requests to any advertising, analytics or social network.
