What we collect, why, and the rights you have under Taiwan's PDPA.
This policy explains how Meadow Investment Journal Co., Ltd. (“we”, “the journal”) handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet the expectations of Taiwan’s 個人資料保護法 (Personal Data Protection Act, “PDPA”), and applies to all visitors in Taiwan and elsewhere. We do not operate in any capacity that requires licensing as a financial adviser or investment manager.

What we collect and why
We collect only the personal data needed to respond to an inquiry or to remember your consent choice. We collect nothing by default.

We do not collect analytics data, advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, location data or browsing history. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site, and no third party receives your inquiry.
How the inquiry form works
When you submit the inquiry form, your input is sent as JSON by POST to our own handler at
/api/inquiry on this same domain. The handler is used only to deliver your message to the
journal so we can reply. Your data is not sold, rented or shared with any marketing party.
If you would rather not use the form, you can email info@meadow-runtime.digital or call +886 2 2713 8257 directly. The result is the same.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores only your consent choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key
meadow-consent-v1. It sets no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. See the

Your rights under the PDPA
Under Taiwan’s PDPA you may, with reasonable identification:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you from an inquiry.
- Request a correction if data we hold is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of your inquiry data, subject to any legal retention we must meet.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on consent; withdrawal does not affect processing that has already happened.
- Object to or restrict processing where the PDPA allows.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@meadow-runtime.digital with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within a reasonable period and at latest within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has sent an inquiry, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle inquiry data, we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
