These terms govern your use of meadow-runtime.digital (the “site”), operated by Meadow Investment Journal Co., Ltd. By reading the site you accept these terms. They are written to be plain, and to align with Taiwan’s 消費者保護法 (Consumer Protection Act) and 公平交易法 (Fair Trade Act), which prohibit false or exaggerated claims.

What this site is

The site is a free editorial and informational journal. It publishes articles on how artificial intelligence is used to monitor the long-term allocation of assets. The content is general information, prepared in good faith from published sources. It is not, and is not intended to be, personal investment advice.

What this site is not

• It is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian or trading platform. No securities are offered, bought, sold or held through this site.
• It is not an investment adviser. We do not assess your situation and we do not recommend any action to you personally.
• It does not sell anything. There are no subscriptions, paid articles, paid tools, bookings, deposits, premium tiers or paid services of any kind. Because nothing is sold, no refund policy applies and none is published.

Using the content

You may read, quote and link to articles for non-commercial purposes. When you quote, keep the attribution and do not present an excerpt as if it were personal advice. You may not republish full articles, scrape them at scale, or use the content to train a commercial model without written permission. Where a source we cite carries its own licence, that licence governs the source, not this journal.

No warranty of outcomes

Markets are uncertain, and AI monitoring is a developing field. We describe methods and their limits as the literature reports them; we do not promise that any method produces a particular return or avoids any particular loss. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of future performance, and past behaviour of a model is not, on its own, a guide to future results.

Inquiries

The inquiry form is the way to reach us. It is for editorial questions, factual corrections and reader suggestions — not for placing orders, opening accounts or requesting personal advice. We reply by email. See the contact page.

Intellectual property

The journal’s own articles, layout and code are the property of Meadow Investment Journal Co., Ltd. unless stated otherwise. Photographs are used under the licences noted with each image and recorded in our private build record; those licences, not these terms, govern the photographs.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Taiwanese law, the journal’s liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us, which is zero because the site is free. We are not liable for the consequences of acting on general editorial content as if it were personal advice, which it is not.

Changes

We may update these terms as the journal evolves. Material changes take effect when posted here with a revised date. Continuing to read the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
